Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Yoga classes at Villa Bounty are designed to provide a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Each class lasts an average of 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing ample time to explore and deepen your practice.

We offer a variety of courses that can be tailored to suit your preferences and needs. Our Hatha-Vinyasa class is a dynamic and flexible offering, allowing you to explore different themes such as opening the hips or connecting with the heart chakra. For those seeking a slower pace, our Slow Flow class draws inspiration from Yin Yoga and focuses on intuitive movement and reconnection with the breath.

For experienced practitioners, our Ashtanga class is designed specifically for those who are already familiar with this style of yoga.

All of our classes are taught by Manon, a certified 200-hour Yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance With Himalayan Yoga Association. In addition to being a skilled yoga instructor, Manon is also a qualified naturopath and masseuse, offering longer sessions that include abdominal self-massage and massage during relaxation, such as shoulder and foot massage. These additional services offer a truly holistic experience, leaving you feeling revitalized and renewed.
